Autobiography

My name is Julissa Gonzalez Cordero.  I was born January 1, 1988.  I am twenty-four years old.  My parents are Wanda I.  Cordero Román and William Gonzalez Vargas.  I have one older brother, his name is Willie Omar Gonzalez Cordero, also I have two cousins that my parents raised, Elizabeth Roman Ruiz and Edwin Román Ruiz.  When I was four years my parents moved to Connecticut and we live there for seven years.  I now live with my parents and my older brother Willie in Puerto Rico.  Elizabeth and Edwin are married and still live in Connecticut; we always talk on weekends and sometimes they come on vacation.  

 I graduated from High school in May of 2006.  I am currently studying at the Interamericana University Of Puerto Rico.  I Study secondary education in English.  I chose the field of education, because I would like to assist the students in their learning which is an important part of their development and future.  Also the I like the satisfaction and pride that one feels when heling students move from one level of knowledge to another.  In addition it is a dynamic profession where one is constantly learning and doing new things.

   In my free time I like watching T.V., spending time with my friends and my family, going to the beach, theater, bowling and shopping.  In addition, I like to read, write, listen to music and sing.  I hope to graduate soon.  Then to be able to exercise my profession as a teacher and thus put in practice everything I've learned and all the ideas that I have.
